General Terms and Conditions for Contractors/Service Providers

(Generic Platform Terms)

1. Registration & Services

1.1. The platform is available to contractors/service providers. A framework agreement is concluded upon registration.

1.2. Additional platform services can be agreed separately.

1.3. The contract begins with the activation of access data and is unlimited.

1.4. During registration, correct data (identity, address, qualifications, etc.) must be provided.

1.6. Multiple registrations of the same company are prohibited.

2. Access Data

2.1. Access data must not be passed on to third parties (exception: employees).

2.2. A secure password choice is mandatory.

2.3. In case of suspected misuse, support must be informed.

3. Communication

3.1. Information is provided through help pages/contact forms.

3.2. Important notifications are sent by email.

4. Usage

4.1. Technical disruptions cannot be ruled out.

4.2. Maintenance work may lead to restrictions.

4.3. Protective measures against malware are implemented.

6. Profile & Rating Algorithm

6.1. Contractors can create a profile with services.

6.2. All content is subject to your copyright.

6.4. Placement in search results is based on:

  • Relevance of the service
  • Geographic proximity
  • Customer ratings
  • Response behavior
  • Equal opportunities for new providers

7. Code of Conduct & Sanctions

7.2. Prohibited content includes, among others:

  • Criminal content/hate speech
  • Discrimination/harassment
  • Fraud/spam
  • Copyright violations

7.3. Violations may result in blocking/deletion.

7.4–7.9. You will be informed about sanctions and have 14 days to respond.

8. Legal Use

8.1. The platform must not be used for illegal activities.

9. Orders

9.1. Customer orders are non-binding requests for quotation.

9.5. Contracts are concluded exclusively between customer and contractor.

10. Reviews

10.1. Customers can submit reviews after order completion.

11. Data Protection

11.3. Customer data may only be used for the purpose of the order.

12. Liability

12.4. The platform is not liable for:

  • Accuracy of profile information
  • Fulfillment of service contracts
  • Actions of third parties

13. Termination

13.1. Termination of the framework agreement with 1 month notice is possible.

5. Order Creation

5.1. When publishing orders, you must own all rights to uploaded content.

6. Code of Conduct

6.2. Reviews must be objective and truthful.

8. Order Assignment

8.1. Published orders are non-binding requests.

8.3. Check qualifications/ratings before assignment.

8.5. Contracts arise exclusively with the contractor.

9. Reviews

9.1. Reviews are possible after order completion.
